From Education to AI Leadership

With 20 years of experience in post-secondary education, Adina built her career around teaching, curriculum development, and helping students prepare for a changing world. Over time, that work evolved into a deeper focus on artificial intelligence and its growing impact on work, education, and society.

Over the past several years, Adina played a leading role in AI-related initiatives at the Bob Gaglardi School of Business and Economics at Thompson Rivers University. She helped organize AI summits, delivered faculty workshops, gave student presentations on AI and the future of work, and explored how AI could be integrated into teaching, learning, and institutional practice.
